Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I want to thank you for the prayer card I sent for my knee replacement surgery last month. I was carrying a prayer for a steady hand for the surgeon and a calm mind for myself before the procedure. The surgery went well, without any complications. But what has stayed with me most is the quiet feeling I had in the hospital after, when I saw the photograph of my prayer at St. Peter's. I felt less alone. The recovery has been hard, as expected, but it has been steady. I am walking with a cane now and each week gets a little easier. I believe your service carried my worry when I could not.
