This page says what we collect when you use Holy Cards of St. Peter's, why, and who else sees it. Numina House runs the service. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

  • What you tell us in the survey: who the prayer is for, what it is about, the name and the prayer you write, and the optional note to Fr. Marco.
  • Your first name and email address, and a second email address if you ask us to send the photograph to someone else.
  • Your payment. You type your card details into Stripe's form. They go to Stripe, not to us. We keep the Stripe reference we need to charge you if you tap yes on a one-tap offer after checkout, and to refund you.
  • Your postal address, only if you order Your Card by Post.
  • What you order, when you order it, and the photographs and recordings we deliver to you.
  • The messages you send to support.

Why we use it

To make your card and your photograph, send them to you, take payment, answer you, and run the service. Also to measure whether our ads and pages work, as described under Cookies and measurement.

Who else sees it

We share only what a provider needs to do its job for us.

  • Stripe takes payments.
  • Resend sends our emails.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your order and your photographs.
  • Providers who help us make your photograph and, if you order it, your audio recording. They receive the words on your card.
  • A mailing service, only for Your Card by Post. It receives your name and address.
  • Meta and Microsoft, for the measurement described below.

Cookies and measurement

  • One cookie ties your order to you as you move from the survey to checkout. The site needs it to work.
  • The Meta pixel tells Meta which pages a visitor from a Meta ad viewed, so we can measure the ad. When you order, we also tell Meta that a purchase happened. We send your email address in scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address and your browser details.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can fix what confuses people. It hides what you type into form fields, numbers and email addresses, and the words on the card preview. It does not run on your portal or on pages that carry a private link.

You can block these in your browser settings or with a tracking blocker.

Your prayer on the wall

Only if you tick the box on the last survey step. Then the words of your prayer appear on our prayer wall, without your name, your email or your card. A person reads each one before it goes up. You can ask us to take it down at any time. If you do not tick the box, your prayer is never published.

How long we keep it

If you start an order and do not pay, we delete what you entered after 30 days. For an order you pay for, we keep the order, your card text and your photographs, so you can open them in your portal and never have to write your prayer twice.

Your choices

Every email links to your email preferences. You can ask us to correct your information, to delete it, or to take your prayer off the wall. Write to care@holycardsofsaintpeters.com.

What this is, and what it is not

This is a service fee, not a donation.

Your payment covers printing your card, carrying it in, holding it up, and photography. It is not a charitable contribution and is not presented as one.

We do not sell outcomes.

No healing, reconciliation, provision, or answer of any kind is promised, implied, or offered for sale. What God does with a placed prayer is between the person who prayed and God.

We are not the church.

This is an independent service. We are not St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican, or any diocese, and we do not speak for them.

The photo shows where your prayer is held. Nothing more is promised.

Every photo depicts your prayer card exactly where it is held. That is the entire deliverable, and it is enough.
