A Peaceful Recovery After My Surgery

This is the sender’s own account, sent to us after their prayer was carried in. It is not a promise that the same will happen for anyone else.
Dear Fr. Marco and your team,
Last month, I asked you to carry a card for me. I was facing a complicated spinal surgery and I was so afraid. I just wanted some peace, and for my hands to be steady for my work again. I sent the prayer to you, and when I received the photograph, I put it by my hospital bed.
The surgery went as well as the doctors could have hoped. The pain was less than I feared. But more than that, I have felt a calm through this whole recovery. I am doing my physical therapy now, and I can hold my tools without trembling. Each day I feel a little stronger. I don't know how to explain it, except that I felt carried. Thank you for carrying my words when I couldn't carry myself.
