Answered Prayers for Mental Health and Recovery
A Return to Calm and Hope in My Daily Life

This is the sender’s own account, sent to us after their prayer was carried in. It is not a promise that the same will happen for anyone else.
Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I am writing to share some peace that has come. In late November, I sent a prayer for my own mental health, to be carried in St. Peter's. I was struggling so much with anxiety and a deep, heavy sadness. I felt lost. I asked simply for the grace to find calm and a way forward. Since I received the photograph of my card there, something quiet has begun to shift. The panic attacks have become much less frequent. I am sleeping through the night more often than I have in years. I don't feel 'fixed,' but I feel a steadiness I had forgotten. I am able to sit with my thoughts without being overwhelmed by them. It feels like a space has been cleared for hope to grow again. I am so grateful you provide this gentle service. It felt like an anchor in a very stormy time. Thank you for carrying my prayer.
