Dear Fr. Marco, I sent you a prayer for employment back in September. The economy made things difficult here and I had been out of work for a while. I was feeling very low and asked your team to carry my prayer for a stable job that would keep a roof over our heads. You sent me the photograph of the card held up in St. Peter's, and I kept it by my bedside. Not long after, a position opened up at the local community center. It isn't a fancy job, but the hours are regular and the people are kind. It feels like a safe harbor after such a long and uncertain time. I can pay my bills again. Thank you for this quiet service. It gave me a little light to hold onto when things were dark. Peace to you and your team.
