Good News After My Mother's Surgery

Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you about my mother, who was facing surgery for pancreatic cancer. I asked you to carry a prayer for her strength and for the hands of the surgeons. The day after you wrote to say her prayer card had been taken into St. Peter's, she went into her operation. The surgeon was able to remove all the visible tumor. Her recovery has been steady, and her first scans since have been clear. I don't know what the future holds, but we are grateful for this good news and for the comfort of knowing her prayer was carried to that holy place. Thank you to you and your team for this gentle service. It meant a great deal to us during a very hard time.
