My Ankle Healed for Surgery

Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a prayer for my broken ankle. The doctors had scheduled a complicated surgery, and I was very afraid. I wanted to ask for strength for the surgeons and for my own recovery. I sent my prayer to your team. When I saw the photograph of the card in St. Peter's, I felt a deep sense of peace. At my next appointment, the surgeon said the bones had shifted into a much better position. He said he could do a much simpler procedure, and the recovery time would be shorter. The surgery went very well. I am walking again now, with much less pain than we expected. Thank you for carrying my prayer.
