Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote out a prayer for strength and peace as I began my treatments. It was for my own journey with breast cancer. I sent it to your team to be carried into St. Peter's. The photograph you sent brought me a quiet comfort. Since then, I have felt a steadiness I didn't have before. The side effects are still difficult, but I am able to face the days with less fear and more patience. The doctors are pleased with how I am responding. Thank you for carrying my prayer. It felt like a hand was placed on my shoulder from very far away.
