My Father's Surgery Went Perfectly

Dear Fr. Marco, I had sent you a prayer card for my father, who was facing a difficult heart surgery. The doctors were very concerned about his age and other health problems. I asked that you carry his name, and that he might have strength and peace, and that the hands of the surgeons would be guided. I was so grateful to receive the photograph from St. Peter's. It gave me a quiet place to rest my worry. The surgery was last Tuesday. The surgeon came out and said everything went as well as it possibly could have. There were no complications. My father is now recovering, and he is doing better than anyone expected. His spirit is calm. I just wanted to thank you and your team for carrying that prayer for us when I felt so powerless.
