My Husband Came Through Surgery With Strength

Dear Fr. Marco, I wanted to write to you about my husband, John. We were so worried before his heart surgery last month. I wrote a prayer for his strength and courage and for the hands of his surgeons. I sent it to your team to be carried into St. Peter's. The day of the surgery was long, but the doctors said everything went as well as it possibly could. His recovery has been steady. He is home now, regaining his strength each day. I felt such peace knowing our prayer was there, in that holy place, during those difficult hours. Thank you for this quiet service.
