My Husband’s Heart Surgery Went Perfectly

Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a Holy Card last month for my husband, Frank. He was facing a very serious and complex heart surgery, and I asked for prayers for the surgeons and for his recovery. I was so comforted when I received the photograph of my card in St. Peter’s. The surgery was last week, and the doctors said everything went perfectly, better than they had hoped. His recovery in the hospital has been smooth, and he is already home and getting stronger every day. The peace I felt, knowing our prayer was carried there, was such a gift during that anxious time.
