My Husband's Pain Has Eased After His Surgery

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I sent a holy card for my husband, Michael, who was facing a difficult surgery for his cancer. The card asked for strength and peace. I received the photograph of the card in St. Peter's, and it gave us both a quiet comfort. Since the surgery, the doctors say his recovery is going as well as can be hoped. He is home now, and the worst of the pain has eased. He sleeps more peacefully. I don't know what lies ahead, but I am thankful for this moment of rest and for the feeling that our prayer was carried. Thank you for this kindness. Sincerely,
