Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you a few months ago to carry a prayer for my husband, Tom, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The treatments were so hard, and I felt so helpless just watching. I asked you to carry my prayer for his strength and for the doctors’ hands. I kept the photograph of the card in St. Peter's on our kitchen table. Last week, we got the results from his latest scans. The doctors told us the cancer is in remission. We are so grateful. We know the journey isn't over, but this is a gift we didn't dare hope for. Thank you for carrying our prayer to that holy place. It gave me a quiet spot to put my fear. With gratitude,
