My Husband's Recovery After Surgery

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I wanted to write to share what has happened since you carried my prayer to St. Peter's. I sent a card for my husband, Michael, who was facing major surgery for colon cancer. We were both so afraid. I asked for strength for him and for the surgeons' hands. You carried that prayer in January. His surgery went as well as it could have. The recovery has been long, and he is still tired, but his latest scans have been clear. He is back home with us now, and we are taking each day as it comes. I don't know what the future holds, but I felt a deep peace after receiving the photograph of my card in the basilica. It was a comfort during the hardest weeks. Thank you for providing this. I keep the photo on our kitchen windowsill. With gratitude,
