My Husband's Surgery Was a Success

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, last autumn I asked you to carry a prayer for my husband, Stephen. He was facing a very serious and complex surgery for a tumor. I had the card for his healing and courage placed in St. Peter's. I just wanted to write and let you know that his surgery last month went as well as the surgeons could have hoped. The procedure was long, but they were able to remove everything they needed to. His recovery in the hospital was steady, and he is now home with us, regaining his strength day by day. The road is still ahead of us, but this was the crucial step. Having that prayer carried to Rome gave me a deep sense of peace during those impossible weeks of waiting.
