My Mother Came Through Her Surgery So Well

Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you last month asking you to carry a prayer for my mother, Lena. She was facing a serious heart operation and we were all so worried. I sent the prayer card to your team, and you sent me the photograph of it there in St. Peter's. It gave me a strange peace just to know it was there. Her surgery was last week. The doctors said it was complex, but she came through it better than anyone expected. She is recovering now, slowly but steadily. Her color is good and she is in much less pain than we feared. I don't know what the future holds, but for now, we are so grateful for this outcome. Thank you for offering this quiet service.
