My Promotion Came Through After a Long Wait

This is the sender’s own account, sent to us after their prayer was carried in. It is not a promise that the same will happen for anyone else.
Dear Fr. Marco,
I sent you a card asking for prayers for my work situation. I had been passed over for a promotion several times, and my confidence was very low. I asked for your help in carrying a prayer for patience and for a door to open at the right time.
I received the photograph of my card in St. Peter's a few weeks ago. It was a quiet comfort. Last week, my manager called me into his office. The position I had hoped for, which had been frozen, was suddenly approved. They offered it to me. The terms were even better than I expected.
I don't know why things changed when they did. But having my prayer carried in that holy place gave me a sense of peace during the waiting. I stopped worrying so much. Thank you to you and your team for this beautiful service.
