My Recovery After Hip Replacement Went So Well

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I sent a prayer with you last month, just before my hip replacement surgery. It was for strength and a smooth recovery. I was so anxious about being laid up for months, as I live alone. The surgery went well, they said, but what has surprised me is how my recovery has been. I was able to walk with a walker just a day later, and now, only a few weeks on, the pain is much less than I expected. I am getting around my apartment without too much trouble. It feels like a weight has been lifted, literally and figuratively. I know the road is still long, but this start has given me such hope. Thank you for carrying my worry to St. Peter's.
