My Sister's Tumors Are Shrinking

Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you last month, asking to carry a holy card for my sister, Maria. She has been fighting pancreatic cancer. I asked for strength for her and for peace for our family. I was so moved when the photograph of the card arrived—it felt like a hand had reached out across the ocean. I gave the photo to Maria. She keeps it by her hospital bed. Just last week, her doctors told us the latest scans show the tumors are shrinking. They are calling it a very positive response to the treatment. Our whole family feels a new sense of hope. I don't know what the road ahead holds, but I am so grateful her burden feels lighter right now. Thank you and your team for carrying our prayer into that holy place. With gratitude,
