Dear Fr. Marco, I wanted to write and thank you for carrying my prayer to St. Peter's. I had been very anxious about my upcoming surgery, and I sent a prayer card asking for strength and for the hands of the surgeons to be guided. The day I received the photograph of my card at the basilica was a real comfort. My surgery went better than expected. The doctors said everything went smoothly and my recovery has been steady. I am taking it day by day, but I feel a sense of peace now that I didn't have before. Thank you to you and your team for this gentle service.
