Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you a few weeks ago asking for prayers as I faced major surgery. I was so afraid of the procedure and the long recovery. I sent my prayer for strength and peace to your team. The operation was last Tuesday. The surgeons said everything went very smoothly, and I have been recovering at home. The pain has been manageable, and I’m getting stronger each day. I feel my spirits are lighter than they were before. Having my prayer carried in St. Peter's felt like a great comfort to me in the days leading up to the surgery. Thank you for providing this quiet service.
