Dear Fr. Marco, I asked you to carry a prayer for my upcoming heart surgery. I was so afraid and felt like I had no strength left. Since you took my prayer to St. Peter's, I have felt a calm I can't explain. The surgery was last Tuesday. My surgeon said everything went much more smoothly than he had anticipated. The recovery has been hard, but I am making progress each day. I don't know if it was the prayer or just good doctors, but I wanted to thank you for carrying my words when I couldn't carry them myself. It meant more than I can say. Sincerely,
