Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you carrying my prayer for my upcoming heart surgery. I was so frightened and asked that the surgeon's hands would be guided and that I would have peace. I sent the prayer to your team a few weeks before the operation. The surgery was last Tuesday. The doctor said everything went very smoothly and that my recovery has been stronger than he expected. I am finally home now and feel a quietness I haven't known in a long time. Thank you for carrying my prayer to St. Peter's. It meant a great deal to me. With gratitude,
