Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you a few months ago, very anxious. I was facing a major surgery for a growth, and I asked you to carry a prayer for my strength and for the hands of the surgeons. I was so worried I wouldn't make it through. I just wanted to let you know that the operation is behind me now. The doctors were able to remove everything they needed to, and my recovery has been smoother than I dared hope for. I am getting my strength back, day by day. When I felt most afraid, it gave me a strange peace to know that my small prayer was there, in that holy place. I don't know why things turned out this way for me, but I am so grateful.
