Dear Fr. Marco,
We sent you a prayer card for our marriage. For months, my husband and I had been drifting apart, speaking in harsh tones, and sleeping in separate rooms. I asked you to carry a prayer for the healing of our bond and for the grace to see each other with patience and kindness again.
After the card was carried in St. Peter's, something gentle began to shift. It wasn't overnight. But the hardness in our home started to soften. We had one honest conversation that didn't end in shouting. Then another. Last weekend, we went for a long walk together, just talking, for the first time in years. We're attending counseling now, and there is hope in our house again where there was only cold silence. I know this road is long, but the first steps have been taken.
Thank you for carrying our plea when we felt too weary to carry it ourselves. Your team brought it to a holy place when we could not go.
