Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you asking for prayers as I faced major surgery for my heart. I was so afraid of the procedure and the recovery ahead. I asked your team to carry my prayer for strength and peace. Since my card was placed in St. Peter's, I had the operation. The surgeons say it went well. My recovery has been slow, but each day I feel a little stronger. More than that, I have felt a calmness through it all that I didn't expect. I believe my prayer was heard. Thank you for this quiet service.
