Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you when I was waiting for surgery for breast cancer. I asked your team to carry my prayer for strength and for the doctors' hands to be guided. I was so frightened. When I received the photo of my card in St. Peter's, it felt like a weight was lifted. My surgery went as well as could be hoped. The recovery has been long, but I have felt a deep sense of peace through it all, which I didn't have before. My recent check-up was good. Thank you for this gentle service. It was a comfort when I needed one.
