Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a prayer card for my mother, Eleanor, who was facing heart surgery last month. I was so worried for her. I asked your team to carry my prayer for her strength and for the hands of her surgeons. The surgery went well. The doctors said everything went as planned. She is recovering now, slower than she'd like, but she's home. I know it's just one step, but having that prayer in St. Peter's gave me a sense of calm I hadn't felt in weeks. I felt we weren't alone. Thank you for this quiet service. It meant more than I can say.
