Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a card for my own mental healing. I have struggled with anxiety and panic for many years, feeling a constant weight. After you carried my prayer to St. Peter’s, something has shifted. I am sleeping better. The thoughts that used to spiral are quieter now. I feel a stillness I haven’t known before.
