Peace and Hope in a Difficult Job Search

Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you asking for prayers for my job situation. I had been searching for six months after being laid off and was becoming very discouraged. I asked your team to carry my prayer for guidance and for an opportunity that would allow me to provide for my family. A few weeks after you sent me the photograph, I had two interviews for a position I had almost given up on. Last week, I was offered the job. The salary is fair and it is close to home. More than that, I feel a sense of peace about this new chapter. I can't say it was a direct result of the prayer, but I am grateful for the comfort I felt knowing it was being carried for me in St. Peter's.
