Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I wrote out a prayer for my own anxious heart. It was just a few lines asking for stillness and the ability to sleep through the night. I sent it to you, and when I saw the photograph of the card there in St. Peter's, I felt a small, quiet sense of being heard. In the weeks since, the tightness in my chest has eased. The racing thoughts that used to keep me awake have softened into something I can manage. I have slept through the night for a week now, which hasn't happened in years. I am not cured, but I am finding my footing again. Thank you for carrying my plea to that sacred place. Yours,
