Peace and Stability After Severe Anxiety

Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a prayer through your service back in early July, asking for comfort and some calm in my mind. It was for my own struggle with severe anxiety that had made it hard to function or even leave my house. I’ve been trying different things for a long time. After I received the photograph of my card from your team, I didn't feel an instant change. But slowly, over the past few months, the heavy feeling has started to lift. I’m sleeping through the night more often. I was able to go to a family gathering last week without the panic I used to feel. I don't know exactly why, but things feel more manageable now.
