Peace at Work After Years of Tension

Dear Fr. Marco, I sent you a prayer for peace in my workplace. I’ve worked at the same company for over twenty years, and the last few had been filled with such tension and difficult relationships. I asked for the prayer to be carried for my colleagues and myself, that we might find a way to work together with respect. After the prayer was carried, I didn’t expect anything to change quickly. But something shifted. The atmosphere in our office feels lighter. A few difficult conversations I needed to have went better than I ever imagined. There’s a sense of calm I haven’t felt in years.
