Dear Fr. Marco, I carried my prayer for peace, just a simple request for calm in my mind. I had struggled for so long with anxious thoughts that kept me awake at night. When I saw the photograph of my card there in St. Peter's, something inside me felt lighter. I didn't expect anything dramatic to happen, but in the weeks after, I found I could sit quietly without the usual racing thoughts. My doctor and I have been able to reduce my medication slowly. It feels like a heavy blanket has been lifted. Thank you for carrying my prayer when I was too weary to carry it myself. With gratitude,
