Answered Prayers for Mental Health and Recovery
Peace in the Midst of the Storm

This is the sender’s own account, sent to us after their prayer was carried in. It is not a promise that the same will happen for anyone else.
Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you a few months ago asking for prayers for my mind and heart. The anxiety had become overwhelming, making it hard to get through the days. I sent you a card with a simple prayer for peace, for the strength to face each moment. When I received the photograph of it there, in that holy place, I sat and looked at it for a long time. It was a tangible sign that my prayer was being held up, literally. Since then, things have not magically become easy, but I have found a stillness I didn't have before. The panic attacks have become less frequent. I am able to breathe through the difficult moments. I feel carried. I don't know how else to say it. Thank you to you and your team for this quiet, steady work. It meant more than I can express.
