Peace Returning After Severe Depression

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I wrote to you asking for prayers during a very dark time. I was carrying a prayer for peace and strength, for myself, because the depression had become overwhelming. Simple things like getting out of bed felt impossible. I sent the prayer to you, and when I received the photograph, it was a small anchor in a very stormy sea. Since then, it has been a slow journey, but the heavy fog has begun to lift. I am finding small moments of stillness again. I am taking things day by day, and I feel a little more able to face them. Thank you for carrying my prayer to that holy place. It meant more than I can say.
