Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you a few months ago asking you to carry my prayer card for my upcoming heart surgery. I was so afraid of the operation. Having my prayer placed in St. Peter's gave me a sense of peace I hadn't felt in a long time. The surgery went as the doctors hoped. The recovery has been slow, but steady. This week I was able to walk to the mailbox and back without needing to stop. It's a small thing, but it feels like progress. Thank you for your quiet service and for your team's kindness.
