Dear Fr. Marco and your team, last month I sent a prayer card for my upcoming spinal fusion surgery. I was so worried about the pain and the recovery. I carried the photograph of my card with me to the hospital on the morning of the operation. The procedure went smoothly. It has been three weeks now and I am recovering well. The pain is less than I feared, and I am able to walk a little more each day with the walker. My family has been a great help. I felt a real sense of peace knowing my prayer was in St. Peter's.
