Dear Fr. Marco,
I'm writing to thank you for carrying my prayer card for my husband. I asked for prayers for his recovery after his bypass surgery, and you brought this concern to St. Peter's.
When he came home from the hospital, the days were slow and he was so tired. But each week now, he's getting a little stronger. The doctors say his progress is good. He was able to walk around the block yesterday, which is more than we expected so soon. We just take it one day at a time, and I believe the prayers help us find the patience for that.
Thank you to you and your team for this quiet service. It felt like a way to add my small voice to something much larger. It gave me comfort to know it was there.
