Recovery is Steady After a Risky Surgery

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I sent a prayer through your holy card service back in January for my husband who was facing a very complicated heart surgery. I asked for the intercession of St. Jude for strength and for the surgeon's hands to be guided. The doctors were not very optimistic about the outcome. I am writing to share that the surgery went as well as could be hoped. It has been three months now, and while the road is long, his recovery is steady. His strength is slowly returning. There are good days and hard days, but we feel a sense of peace through it all. Thank you for carrying our prayer to St. Peter's. It gave us much comfort to know it was there. With gratitude,
