Dear Fr. Marco, I am writing to thank you and your team. Three months ago, I sent a prayer to be carried into St. Peter's Basilica. It was for my recovery after a difficult surgery for colon cancer. The doctors were hopeful but cautious. Since the prayer was carried, my recovery has been steady. Last week I had my follow-up scans. They showed no signs of the cancer returning. The doctors say my body is responding well. I know the road is long, but this news has given me such peace. It felt like a heavy weight was lifted.
