Dear Fr. Marco,
I sent a prayer card with you for my sister, Evelyn. She was facing a difficult surgery, and I asked for strength for her and skill for the surgeons. I received the photograph of the card in St. Peter's, and it brought me such peace to know her name was there.
Her surgery was last month. The doctors said everything went as well as it possibly could. She is home now, and her recovery has been steady. There have been no major setbacks. Each day she seems a little stronger. We don't know what the future holds, but we are grateful for this good outcome and the progress she is making.
Thank you to you and your team for providing this way to send our prayers. It was a comfort during a very anxious time.
