Successful Surgery and Good Recovery

Dear Fr. Marco, I wanted to share some good news. I had been very anxious about my upcoming spinal surgery. I wrote out a prayer asking for strength and for the surgeon's hands to be guided, and I sent it to your team to be carried into St. Peter's. The surgery went very well, better than the doctors had even hoped. My recovery has been steady, and the pain is much less than I feared. I am able to walk more each day. I felt a great sense of peace going into the operation, and I believe the prayer being in that holy place was a comfort. Thank you for your service.
