Successful Surgery and Quick Recovery After Prayer

Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I had asked you to carry a prayer for my upcoming spinal surgery, for myself, Gerald. I was very afraid of the procedure and the long recovery I was told to expect. I sent the prayer card to you just a week before the operation. The surgery went better than the surgeons anticipated. There were no complications. My recovery at home has been much faster than anyone predicted. I was able to walk with a cane after just a few days, and the pain has been manageable. I am still taking it slow, but I feel a sense of peace I didn't have before. I believe carrying that prayer to St. Peter's helped calm my spirit before going into the operating room.
