Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a prayer for my husband's complicated heart surgery back in the summer. I asked for the team to be guided and for his body to accept the repair. I carried the card with his name and Saint Luke's image to your team. The day of the surgery, I held the photo you sent. The surgeon told us afterwards that he found a path he hadn't seen on the scans, a simpler way to do the bypass. The operation was shorter than they planned. My husband's recovery has been steady.
