Dear Fr. Marco and your team, I wrote to you in early September. I had a card written for my husband, Tom, who was facing major heart surgery. The uncertainty was heavy for us. I sent the prayer to be carried in St. Peter's. His surgery happened last month. The surgeon said everything went as well as it possibly could have. He is home now, and his recovery is going well—better than we dared hope. The days before the operation were so hard, and having that prayer placed there gave us a quiet point of focus.
