Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you in April, asking you to carry a prayer for my recovery from spinal surgery. The pain and weakness had been so discouraging. I sent my prayer for the intercession of Our Lady, Health of the Sick. You sent the photograph of my card in St. Peter's, and I have kept it on my nightstand. I have just finished my physical therapy, and my doctor says my progress is remarkable. The stiffness is gone, and I can walk without aid. More than the physical healing, I feel a peace I did not have before. I was able to attend Mass again last Sunday. It felt like the prayer you carried was still being said. Thank you for your quiet work.
