Dear Fr. Marco, I wrote to you last autumn, asking you to carry my prayer for my late-stage pancreatic cancer diagnosis. The card I sent was simply for strength and acceptance, whatever the outcome. When the photo of my card arrived from your team, I felt a strange, deep calm. It wasn't about a cure—it was about not being alone. The treatments since have been brutal, but that feeling of being carried, of my prayer resting there, has never left me. My pain is managed better now. My family says I am more at peace. I don't know what the scans will show next, but I carry that same calm with me every day. Thank you for being the hands that took my fear to that holy place. It made all the difference.
