This is the sender’s own account, sent to us after their prayer was carried in. It is not a promise that the same will happen for anyone else.
Dear Fr. Marco, In February, my wife was given a difficult diagnosis. It was stage three cancer. I wrote out a prayer for her healing and for strength for our family. I sent it to you to be carried into St. Peter's. Last week, she finished her treatment. Today, we got the results from her first full scan since then. The doctor said the words we were praying to hear: 'No evidence of disease.' We are so grateful. The road was hard, but we felt carried. Thank you for your quiet service, for taking our prayer to that holy place. It was a light for us in a dark time. Sincerely,
