Walking Again After My Hip Surgery

Dear Fr. Marco, I sent a Holy Card for my hip replacement surgery. It was a tough decision, and I was very scared of the pain and the recovery. I asked for the intercession of St. Jude and Our Lady of Lourdes. I just wanted a little strength. When I saw the photo of the card in the Basilica, it felt like a quiet reassurance. The surgery went well. The recovery has been hard work, but I have been able to walk with a cane for two weeks now. My doctor says my progress is very good. I am so grateful to have gotten through it. Thank you to you and your team for carrying my prayer to that sacred place. Sincerely,
